LoveManiac Gallery Crash Fix
If LoveManiac crashes when opening the gallery, shows a blank scene, or closes on Android after a scene loads, use these checks before downloading a modified copy.
Basic checks
- Confirm the build number and platform match the official release page.
- Restart the game and test the gallery again after closing other demanding apps.
- On Android, check free storage and restart the device before testing playback.
- On desktop, extract a clean copy to a new folder rather than mixing files from two versions.
When the gallery is blank
A blank gallery can mean that content has not been unlocked, the current build does not include the scene, or the game did not finish reading its resources. Check the release notes and in-game requirements first. Do not assume that a screenshot or wiki page proves that every scene is available in every public version.
When the game closes on mobile
Close background apps, make sure the device has enough free storage, and use the official Android package. If the problem continues, record the device model, Android version, build number, and the exact gallery action that causes the crash. Avoid “fixed” APKs from mirrors because they may be modified or outdated.
When to report it
Report a repeatable crash through the official project page or devlog. Mention whether the crash happens on a specific scene, after rotating the phone, or only after loading a save. A short reproduction path is more useful than a general claim that the gallery is broken.
